Lies are but sprinters, so quick off the line
Oft they jump to the front of the pack for a time
Still nonetheless, in life’s long marathon
‘Tis Truth that keeps running when others are gone
The race goes not always to those who are swift
Nor a war of words won just by those with the gift
For as lies become weaker with each step that they take
The Truth keeps on running apace without break
Exhausted, the falsehoods, they fall by the way
Truth passes them by in the place where they lay
Onward and onward, eternal Truth runs
Triumphant Supernal over untruthful ones.

Wow, I really liked that poem. Did you write it?
